通过Toolbar insert一个链接时默认是新窗口打开的修改: 模式的修改：
Toolbar.js:137: var html = "<a id='" + id + "' href='" + dataBag.url + "' target='_blank'>" + dataBag.linkedText + "</a>";
之需要修改 Toolbar.js
另外 Textarea.js是在 HTML Mod模式下使用的，也可以仿照修改。
非常郁闷的是，昨天本想解决在WYSIWYG模式中输入URL连接后，自动变成可点击的link后的地方加入新开窗口的设置，可惜水平有限，硬是没能找到修改的地方，后续再努力看看js源代码了。
